The Mae Hour

THE FOUNDER

Meet Asmae.

Cardiac sonographer turned wellness founder. A daughter who honored her father's dream by finding her own way of fulfilling what was underneath it.

HER STORY

The woman behindThe Mae Hour.

Raised in an entrepreneurial family, Asmae grew up watching her father build something from nothing. His dream was simple: that his daughter become a physician.

She came to the United States and became a cardiac sonographer, spending her days reading hearts on a screen. But somewhere along the way, she noticed a pattern in herself: every time life expanded, something inside her pulled back. An upper limit she could feel, but not yet name.

So she did what she does best: she studied. Nervous system regulation, functional medicine, heart-brain coherence, the emotional roots of physical patterns. And she began translating what she learned into small, livable rituals.

The Mae Hour is the ritual that changed everything. One hour of her own, every morning, before the world asks for anything. Now she teaches it to women like her: high-performing, big-hearted, and done running on empty.

THE JOURNEY

How she got here.

Every chapter taught her something she now passes on.

ROOTS

An entrepreneurial family

Watching her father build from nothing taught her that a dream needs structure, not just desire.

CHAPTER 1

The crossing

She came to the US carrying her father's dream of medicine, and made it her own.

CHAPTER 2

Reading hearts

As a cardiac sonographer she learned to see what the heart holds before it speaks.

CHAPTER 3

The upper limit

She noticed the invisible ceiling in her own life, and chose to study it instead of obeying it.

NOW

The Mae Hour

Studying functional diagnostic nutrition, she turns root-cause science into daily rituals for women.

WHAT I BELIEVE

What I believe

  • Your body is always speaking. Symptoms are signals, not failures.
  • Regulation comes before optimization: calm the nervous system first.
  • Small sacred rituals beat intense programs you cannot sustain.
  • Education is empowerment. You deserve to understand your own body.

Education, not prescription.

I am currently studying for the FDNP diploma and I am not yet certified. Everything I share is educational: never diagnosis, never treatment. Always check with your health professional.
